Mr. Amrit Raj Paul holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ranchi University, Jharkhand, and a master's degree in production engineering from Rabindra Nath Tagore University, Madhya Pradesh. Currently, he is actively pursuing his Ph.D. in the field of Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing process at the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research in Uttar Pradesh. With his extensive academic background, Mr. Paul has gained valuable experience working as a Senior Research Fellow at the Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute in West Bengal. His primary area of expertise lies in the welding of metals and alloys, specifically focusing on metal additive manufacturing techniques for a wide range of common alloys such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, nickel, functionally graded structures, intermetallic compounds, and more. Moreover, Mr. Paul's research encompasses the application of statistical and stochastic optimization techniques, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning, within the field of metal additive manufacturing. His in-depth knowledge and expertise have led to the publication of over 12 articles in reputable journals, solidifying his reputation as a well-versed and accomplished author. Recognizing his exceptional achievements and career trajectory, Mr. Paul was awarded the prestigious AcSIR-RMIT cotutelle fellowship, enabling him to pursue an extended one-year Ph.D. program at RMIT University in Australia.
